About Celine
Namaste! I'm passionate about sharing the beauty and tradition of Carnatic music with students of all ages. My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment where every student feels confident to learn, grow, and express themselves through music.
I believe that a strong foundation is the key to mastering Carnatic music. My lessons focus on developing correct shruti (pitch), laya (rhythm), voice culture, and clear pronunciation while helping students understand the essence of each composition. Every class is tailored to the student's pace and learning style, ensuring steady progress without unnecessary pressure.
Whether you're a complete beginner taking your first steps into Carnatic music or someone looking to refine your skills, I will guide you with patience, encouragement, and structured lessons. Regular practice, constructive feedback, and consistent support are at the heart of my teaching approach.
