I first met Antonio through a colleague who recommended him as the person to go to for media training. I had a couple of sessions with him with the aim of preparing for a business event back in Sweden which I was somewhat stressed about, as I was meant to be giving a speech in front of a live audience. The experience with Antonio was fantastic, both in terms of his public speaking expertise (he is a former TV presenter and really knows his stuff) and the level of empathy and attention he brought to the sessions.
