About Thomas
I tutored online throughout my time at university and have over 100+ hours of tutoring experience. I am relatively new to this site but have a five star rating on other tutor sites such where I have taken six students through A level alone.
I have tutored both history at GCSE, CE and A-level and am able to adapt to the students level and requirements whether that be achieving the grades to get into university or getting an A* in GCSE.

I try to make history as engaging and enjoyable as possible because learning is best done with a smile on your face. Every one of my students is unique and my lessons are therefore personalized to what makes them tick. My lessons are split between factual and knowledge based activities and exam technique and essay structure. The ratio of these lessons will depend entirely on the student. As this is a private tutoring session it is essential that the pupil and I communicate as to the goals and objectives of these sessions, as I am a university student I can fully understand the benefits of flexibility in education and apply that to tutoring.

Thomas tutored me for A Level History. I had been getting C’s in all my tests, but Thomas helped me by coaching me through past papers and essay structures for all the topics. He helped me go from a C student to an A student.
Thomas is an approachable and diligemnt individual with a love of leaning and passion for passing on that knowledge. I have no doubt that he would excel at this role.
