He was my maths tutor. He helped me improve my maths skills a lot; it was really helpful for him to teach me. When I didn't understand his explanation during the lesson, he explained in a different way to make me understand. I'm glad he did that for me. When I needed help, he often helped me. He sometimes gave me a clue or showed me how to work it out, and at the same time, he might tell me to try working it out first for some good reason. I felt comfortable when he let me have more time working on the question. There were times I was talkative during the lesson, which meant I didn't do well, but once, he told me to focus on maths instead of talking a lot, in a powerful but not shouting way. Proudly, he made me focus more during the lesson, talking less about unnecessary topics. I felt thankful that he changed my behavior during the lesson. He thought during the summer holiday, he should push my level of maths, which would be a good thing to do during that time. He keeps me securely at a good maths level. Sometimes when I got my answer wrong, he told me that I should focus more on the technique, not the actual answer, and I agreed with him. I was trying to follow that advice from him. I think he teaches me properly. He could be an entertaining, helpful, and positive person. He smiled well during the lesson, which could mean it's a good sign. He's generally a good teaching tutor.
