About Trish
I am a qualified yoga teacher, whom studied in India under Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. I studied Yoga Asana, Yoga Asana Adjustments, Philosophy, Physiology, Mantra Chanting, Chakras, Anatomy, Ayurveda, Mudras, Pranayama & Meditation. I love teaching yoga and meditation especially seeing the happiness it brings to people.
