I approach the students by drawing and attracting their attention by asking a question that is not intimidating but rather makes them think. I once asked a question; what is your greatest asset? Many came forward with their good responses but I drew their attention to financial planning to say your greatest asset is the ability to earn an income. Everyone said 'Wow'
