About Reshma
I am a supportive and approachable tutor with a strong background in business, personal development, and coaching. I hold both a Degree and a Master’s in Business and have run my own business, giving me valuable real-world experience that I bring into my teaching.
I am also a qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, trained with The Coaching Academy, one of the UK’s leading coaching institutions. Alongside this, I work as an Occasional Worker within Further Education, supporting adult learners in a professional educational environment.
My passion lies in helping people build confidence, clarity, and practical skills they can use in everyday life, work, or further study. I believe learning should be encouraging, flexible, and tailored to the individual, and I take pride in creating a calm and supportive space where learners can grow.

My Qualifications & Experience
I hold both a Degree and a Master’s in Business, and I have run my own business, giving me strong practical insight into business, leadership, communication, and personal development.
In addition, My teaching combines coaching techniques, empathy, motivation, and real-world application to help learners gain confidence and transferable skills.
