Over the years, I have worked on business planning, growth strategies, operational improvement, and market expansion projects across various industries. I also have significant experience in the hospitality sector, advising restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and hospitality startups on business planning, revenue growth, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and brand development.

I focus on Business Management, Business Strategy, Startup Creation, Business Analysis, and Organizational Management. I have experience in business consulting, business planning, sales and marketing strategy, startup development, and growth planning across multiple industries. I also work with hospitality businesses, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and hospitality startups, helping them improve operations, increase revenue, optimize costs, strengthen marketing efforts, and scale their businesses effectively.
