About Silke

When an employee conflict starts affecting your entire business, you do not need more generic management advice. You need a solution that fits your specific situation.

You own or run a small trades or manufacturing business with 10 to 50 employees. You are responsible for customers, deadlines, staff and business results. But an unresolved conflict with an employee is taking up more and more of your time and attention.

An employee ignores agreements, insists on doing things their own way, stops communicating or no longer cooperates as expected. Conversations have achieved little or nothing. Working relationships are deteriorating, other employees are noticing the tension, and you still have to keep the business running.

Perhaps you have already tried different communication techniques, sought advice from other business owners or attended leadership training. Yet the conflict remains unresolved.

This is exactly the kind of situation I specialise in.

As a mentor in creative problem solving, I help owners of trades and manufacturing businesses resolve entrenched employee conflicts, identify their underlying causes and develop solutions tailored to their circumstances.

My approach is different from conventional leadership coaching. We do not focus on general leadership topics or train your entire team. We concentrate on your specific conflict and on what you, as the business owner, can actually change.

I work with you individually, one to one. Together, we look at the situation from new perspectives, identify overlooked patterns and develop practical next steps that work for you, your employee and your business.

We explore questions such as:

• What caused the conflict, and why is it still unresolved?

• Why have previous attempts to resolve it failed?

• How can you establish clarity without unnecessarily escalating the situation?

• What options do you have to restore a reliable working relationship?

I do not follow a one size fits all formula. Creative problem solving means finding new possibilities when conventional approaches no longer work.

About the lesson

The Clarity Session is the starting point.

In this individual problem solving session, we examine your specific employee conflict, identify what is driving the situation and explore your options for moving forward.

You will not receive generic advice. Instead, you will gain clarity about your situation and a practical direction for your next steps.

Sessions take place online via Zoom. I can work with you in English, German, Spanish of Dutch.

You do not have to solve a persistent employee conflict on your own. Let us find a way to move the situation forward.
