About Nana Ama
My name is Nana Ama Sakyibea, and I am a Ghanaian with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management). Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Malta, where I am enhancing my knowledge in leadership, strategic management, business operations, and organizational development.
My academic journey has given me a strong understanding of business principles, management practices, communication, and problem-solving. Studying in Malta has also exposed me to an international learning environment, allowing me to interact with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. This experience has strengthened my adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and global business perspective.
I am passionate about education and personal development, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy teaching. Throughout my studies, I have often helped classmates and peers understand complex concepts, prepare for examinations, and improve their academic performance. I find great satisfaction in seeing students gain confidence and achieve their goals.
My teaching approach focuses on making learning simple, practical, and engaging. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed when concepts are explained clearly and tailored to their learning style. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in lessons.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow. Education has played a significant role in my own success, and I am motivated to use my skills and experiences to support students in reaching their academic and professional aspirations. Whether it is business-related subjects, management concepts, academic writing, or study skills, I am committed to helping learners build both knowledge and confidence.
As an MBA student and lifelong learner, I understand the challenges students face, and I strive to make learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience for every student I work with.
