About Anil

Hello Friends, I am Anil a Trainer in Sports. Chess is my Special Subject because Chess is the one which has an effect on every other Sport because it is a Mind Game. Before any Game is won Physically it needs to be won in the Mind. This is where Chess plays a Crucial Role in Developing Mental Strength, Agility, Sharpness, Planning, Strategy, Fighting spirit etc.

About the lesson

Before you can WIN any Physical Game you need to First WIN it in your MIND. How do you Train your MIND for Success? The Answer is CHESS. Whether it is any SPORT Activity like Cricket, Soccer, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Chess, 9-Ball Pool, etc...any Game first needs to be won in the MIND then the Physical Game works in your favor. A Lot of FOCUS, CONCENTRATION, PLANNING, STRATEGY, FORECASTING is needed to win a Game of CHESS. The CHESS Class is of 1 hour. 30 minutes is Strategy, Planning and Theory and 30 minutes is Practical where REAL MATCHES are Played to Check the Performance of each Student which is Recorded.

Students are charged a Nominal fee of Rs. 500 per session. Each session is of 1 hour and the Classes are mainly held Online. The 1st Class is Free and Students can request for a Free 45 min class where Students can get a taste and feel of how the class is conducted.
