About Rhoda

I am a very patient professional teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, majoring in Filipino. I am also TEFL and ESL certified, with 6 years of solid teaching experience handling ECCD and daycare learners. Throughout my career, I have successfully taught students of various age groups. My background allows me to understand the unique needs of every learner, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals in a fun, enjoyable, and very supportive environment.

My Tagalog and Filipino lessons are designed to be fun, engaging, and student-centered. I specialize in teaching all levels and ages, from absolute beginners starting with the traditional Abakada to advanced learners tackling school subjects. For adults, I focus on practical conversational skills needed for work, travel, and communicating with loved ones or exploring the culture. I customize each lesson plan using interactive games and goal-oriented techniques to match your exact pace and needs

My standard rate is ₱350 per hour for individual sessions, which includes all custom learning materials, worksheets, and progress tracking.
