About Carika
I was given the opportunity to do my PGCE, and my passion for teaching was born. My passion for teaching grew further in the first year as a teacher when I realised, I have a gift of teaching. It gave me pleasure to see learners grasp the information represented. My desire is to improve each learner and help him/her reach their full potential.

I am a teacher that has not only the ability to teach, but to understand how the learners’ reasons and understands certain concepts. It is my obligation as a teacher to understand a learner, and to find a unique way or method to help the learner understand the concept he/she is struggling with. I will then use a different method, or change my way of teaching to help the learner to understand.
I use more creative approach (presentations, videos, visual arts etc.) to teach.
