I would start by having a conversation with you to understand the basic issues. My approach is fairly casual as an effort to ensure that you are comfortable. Over a few weeks, we can try to understand the deeper reasoning behind emotions and work together to figure out some solutions to the problem. Once we find a solution that works, I will be available for any further support needed. All sessions will be held over email
