As a professional teacher, I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom, I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my student's backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
According to academic research, linguists have demonstrated that there is not one single best method for everyone in all contexts & that no one teaching method is inherently superior to others. Many methodologies have come up to make the student amicable with a foreign language, but the method I propose is “Organized method which can otherwise be called as an active method”.
When teaching my students I plan and implement a variety of teaching pedagogies to emphasis engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration and problem-solving through a range of technologies.
