My name is João Víctor, I am 20 years old, I am an academic from the 6th period of law and an intern at the Forum of my city. The criminal area has always glimpsed me in a unique way, by the way they are elucidated to the sentence compliance phase, with the issuance of the Penal Execution Guide. Our method is based on classes, doctrines, criminal and procedural codes, forensic practice and research. In class I will talk about the general part of the penal code (art. 1 to 120) and partly about the special part (arts. 121, 129, 155, 157, 147, 180, 213/217-A and 311 (which are the most seen in practice)), we will look at the procedural acts, how a sentencing is made, the types of sentence (conviction, acquittal, improper and suicidal acquittal), we will enter the Jury's special procedure and common procedures (ordinary, summary and summary) if you wish know more about what we'll see just get in class hahaha :)
