I am a second year university student with 6 months experience in tutoring 3 English students from year 4 all the way to year 11. The students studying their GCSEs showed improvements in their mock exams and an increase in confidence.

My cancellation policy: I, as the tutor, am able to cancel a session maximum 24h in advance of the agreed session. Such cancellation would only occur for personal reasons however these would be unlikely and the client is not expected to pay for the cancelled session.
