About Catherine
Breathwork can be intimidating. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to quiet your mind and reach your truest self. Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes with yourself to get the answers you need.
I value authenticity, kindness, and openness. I hope to bring those qualities to all of my sessions with my students.

I work with dozens of breathwork styles, depending on your needs. I also have a background in Ayurvedic medicine and astrology , which are often included in the sessions.
