About Saskia
Hi! I'm Saskia, and it was through breathwork and a deep connection with nature that I began to heal from burnout.
Breathwork was fundamental in my healing journey: it helped me calm my nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress, and open a new path of self-knowledge, gratitude, and inner balance.
Having personally experienced the transformative effects of breathwork, I decided to become a certified facilitator so I could share these practices with more people.
Nature was also essential in this healing process. In addition to breathwork, I lead sensory immersions in nature and always bring its power to my classes through meditations inspired by it.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where everyone can practice at their own pace, without expectations of immediate results.

Hello! I'm Saskia, a Breathwork teacher and Forest Therapy Guide.
My Breathwork and Meditation classes are an invitation to slow down, cultivate presence, and bring more balance to your daily life.
You'll learn simple and effective techniques, adapted to your own pace, that can be easily integrated into your routine. Classes are structured to begin with gentle movements accessible to all levels, preparing the body and opening the muscles involved in breathing. We then move into breathing practices, and finish with meditation and a moment of silence, calm, and inner peace.
The focus of my classes is to offer tools that you can take beyond our time together: techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, improve concentration, release physical and emotional tension, and deepen self-awareness.
Each class is designed to induce a state of deep calm, strengthen the connection between body and mind, and support your overall well-being.
