About Nastya

I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach in Russia for four years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

If YOU and your female friends, as well as girls from other cities and COUNTRIES, want to improve your physical fitness and be IRRESIBLE this summer, then this course is FOR YOU. Write to me to ask questions.

I want to create a COMMUNITY where we can communicate and share information, our results. This way we can motivate each other to exercise!

This will be a 4-WEEK course aimed at working on the buttocks.
I guarantee results after completing the course. You can take before and after photos. After the course you can continue to do the exercises on your own.

Before we start training, we need to be clear about our goals and motivation so that we don't quit halfway through. I don't know the objectives of each of you, but I want to motivate you to exercise regularly and have fun, both in the process of training and in watching the results.

Objective: learn to feel your body without weights (this is the foundation), learn to squeeze your glutes without weights, feel your muscles, establish a mind-body-muscle connection.
