About Percy
Hello! My name is Percy and I am thrilled to help you embark on your English language journey. My passion for education stems from a deep belief that communication is the key to opening doors worldwide. When I’m not teaching, I love exploring local culture, staying active outdoors, and diving into a good book. I bring that same curious and energetic spirit into every lesson I teach!
While I am early in my professional tutoring career, I have spent significant time working one-on-one with students in my community. I have extensive experience assisting local youth with their English homework, helping them break down complex grammar rules and improve their reading comprehension. This hands-on experience has taught me how to be patient, adaptable and how to explain difficult concepts in a way that actually "clicks" for the learner.
Learning a new language is one of the most rewarding challenges you can take on, but you don't have to do it alone! My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable making mistakes—because that is exactly how we learn. Whether you want to improve your conversational skills or ace your schoolwork, I am here to cheer you on and provide the tools you need to succeed. Let’s turn your goals into achievements together.
