About Poli
I am an enthusiastic flute tutor with 9 years of experience and approximately 150 students guided successfully. I teach beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students with equal dedication.
My lessons begin with strengthening essential skills such as breath control, embouchure stability, tone production, and finger coordination. I then gradually introduce articulation techniques, scale exercises, rhythm development, and performance preparation.
I believe in a step-by-step learning process that builds confidence naturally. My unique ability is breaking down complex musical passages into simple sections that are easy to practice and master. I maintain patience and provide continuous encouragement while promoting discipline and regular practice habits. My aim is to nurture technically strong and expressive flute players who enjoy their musical growth.

My flute teaching methodology focuses on progressive learning, adaptability, collaboration, and positivity. I believe that structured practice, combined with supportive guidance, leads to steady improvement.
Lessons begin with posture alignment, breath control, embouchure formation, and tone development. Students then practice finger exercises, scales, rhythm drills, and articulation. Gradually, I introduce expressive techniques such as phrasing, dynamics, and stylistic interpretation.
I also teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm comprehension to ensure a well-rounded musical education. This allows students to connect practical skills with theoretical understanding.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons according to individual goals, pace, and skill level. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive discussions, repertoire selection, and shared feedback.
I maintain a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident, motivated, and inspired. My aim is to nurture disciplined, skilled, and expressive flute players.
