About Tommaso

My name is Tommaso, and I am a finance graduate and business school Master’s student with both strong academic training and hands-on professional experience.

I studied at Bocconi University and I am currently completing a Master in Management (Finance) at ESCP Business School. Alongside my studies, I have gained experience in M&A and finance roles and will soon join Goldman Sachs as a Summer Intern in London. This background allows me to offer students clear, reliable guidance grounded in both academic rigour and real-world finance.

I teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students gain clarity, confidence, and efficiency in demanding subjects. Having gone through competitive exams and quantitative courses myself, I understand where students typically struggle and how to explain concepts in a way that is structured, practical, and reassuring.

My goal in private tutoring is to provide high-quality, personalised support, helping students progress faster and approach their exams with confidence.

About the lesson

My approach to private tutoring is practical, personalised, and focused on making things clearer.

I adapt each lesson to the student’s course, exam style, and level, and I take the time to explain concepts in a simple and structured way. We work through key topics together, practise with targeted exercises, and focus on understanding why things work, not just how to apply formulae. The goal is for students to feel more confident and in control of the material.

For Corporate Finance, Accounting and Real Estate, I work on financial statements, valuation methods (DCF, multiples) and Excel-based problem solving. For Micro and Macroeconomics, I focus on intuition, graphs, and clear reasoning to make models easier to understand.

Lessons usually last 60 minutes (90 minutes available before exams) and are interactive, calm, and well-paced.

My aim is to provide supportive and high-quality one-to-one tutoring, helping students progress steadily and approach their exams with confidence.
