About Uliana
"Perhaps you recognize the sound of a piano being played in a crowded house while you were growing up. That atmosphere led me to earn my BMus in Vocal Performance and Piano from Berklee. For 13 years, I have navigated the complexities of music theory and hand independence.
Sharing this knowledge with 422 students has been a highlight of my long career. I guide advanced learners, teens, and adults through rigorous grade exam candidates requirements with ease. Memorization techniques and complex chord voicing form the core of my current teaching philosophy. Sight playing and sight transposition are skills I prioritize for those seeking depth.
My patient demeanor ensures that even the most difficult classical repertoire feels reachable. My method works for anyone seeking excellence."

"Honestly, the sight of a blank page is where the real fun starts. My lessons are rooted in my Berklee training and 13 years of Broadway time.
I keep things light despite the high intensity required for advanced learners or ambitious teens. We work on the nuance of music theory so that you understand the architecture of every piece. My 13 years of teaching ensure I can anticipate where you might struggle with hand independence or rhythm.
