Blynt believes that before choosing a career, a student should first understand **who they are and what suits them**.
Through our **Behavior & Personality Assessment**, students discover:

* Their strengths and abilities
* Their interests and hobbies
* What they enjoy doing
* Their skills and areas of potential
* What type of careers may suit them
After understanding themselves, students explore **career options, courses, colleges and pathways** based on their interests, skills, academics, ambition and budget.

**Blynt provides a 3-year structured career guidance program for students from Classes 9th to 12th.**
We help students understand themselves and make informed career choices by combining:
* **Behavior & Personality Assessments** – Understanding the student's personality, behavior patterns, strengths and learning preferences.
* **Interests, Hobbies & Skills** – Identifying what the student enjoys, their abilities and areas of potential.
* **Career Exploration** – Helping students explore suitable career options based on their interests, skills, academics and ambitions.
* **5 Suitable Course Options** – Providing multiple course pathways so students can compare and choose according to their goals.
* **Budget-Based Choices** – Suggesting suitable government and private college/institution options across different budget ranges.
* **30-60-90 Day Action Plans** – Giving students practical activities and goals to work on at every stage.
* **Continuous Guidance for 3 Years** – Supporting students as their interests, performance and career goals develop over time.
* **Parent & Student Guidance** – Helping both students and parents understand available career pathways and make informed decisions.
