About Mariana

Since I was little, I've loved manual arts! I crocheted for the first time with my nanny when I was around 7 years old! Then I started again at 11 with bags, but I put the hobby aside for many years.

I started working on amigurumis during my master's degree (24 years) and since then I haven't been able to put it down! I love making cute things and people finding them adorable.

I hope I can create this passion for crochet in other little hearts like it grew in mine :3

About the lesson

We start with the basic stitches and techniques to help you gain confidence in your hands and move onto a first project when you feel comfortable!

You can choose which type of project you would most like to try! We have amigurumi (plushies…), accessories (scrunchies, headbands, earrings…), home decor (coasters, baskets…) and more! I will give specific tips for each area!

Then we learn new useful techniques to develop creative and artistic works, whatever you like most! I have a lot of experience with very cute amigurumis and creating new patterns for them ^^

Classes can be individual or group, in person (at my home, yours or in a public place) or online. I can lend you the material in the first class and then help you choose and give recommendations so you can buy it! If you prefer, you can also buy the materials you use in class.
