About Vanessa
I am a Bilingual Executive Assistant with extensive experience working for top management (Chairman, CFO, VPs, Executive Directors), for TOTVS, Banco Modal, Samab. I have 11 years of experience controlling corporate and personal agendas, organizing meetings, conference calls, small events, national and international business or personal trips. In this role, I supported C-Level Executives in their daily needs; agenda management; correspondences and documents; business trip: flights, hotels, drivers and visa applications; expenses and facilities activities in general.
