About The Excellence
The Excellence is an intensive American English program transforming French-speaking students from A2 (elementary) to C1 (advanced) level in 4 months. We follow premium international academic standards with a comprehensive 200+ page curriculum covering Professional English, Daily Life English, Social English, and Academic English—with special focus on call center communication skills.
The Position
We're recruiting bilingual French-English teachers for regular full-time online positions.
Your Role:
Deliver structured online English lessons (curriculum provided)
Teach adult francophone students via video conferencing
Prepare learners for professional English communication and call center work
Provide personalized pedagogical support
Required Profile:
Bilingual French-English (fluent in both languages, spoken and written)
Practical teaching experience
Strong pedagogical skills with adult learners
Reliability and professionalism
Stable internet connection
Note: Formal certifications (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) are appreciated but NOT required. We value practical experience.
