About Alexandra
I’ve been passionate about swimming since the age of 7, competing around the world, winning National titles, and holding British records along the way. At 18, I moved to Austin, TX to join The University of Texas Women’s Swim Team, where I became a multi-time Big 12 Champion and All-American swimmer. I had the privilege of training under Carol Capitani, current UT Head Coach and assistant coach for the U.S. Olympic Women’s Team. Whether you’re looking for a personalized training plan focused on sprint, middle, or distance events, or you want to refine your stroke technique, I’ll tailor each lesson to your needs and goals.

Curated Swim Practice
Each session is tailored to your current skill level and goals. I will create a 1 or 2 hour swim practice that will increase your stamina and help bring down your personal best times.
Workouts include a structured warm up, a core set (customized for sprint, middle or distance events), and a cool down to send you on your way
Technique
Efficient strokes are the foundation of faster swimming. I’ll carefully analyze your technique, provide real-time feedback, and guide you through adjustments so every movement propels you more effectively across the pool.
