About Layla-Jane
Hi! I am a professional vocalist, performing live at venues for private events, gigs and festivals for 8 years. I have trained with some very reputable names in the industry, gaining valuable knowledge and techniques along the way of which I am keen to share with my students!
I have obtained a BHons Degree in Music Industry Practice, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have on the industry in general as well as vocal techniques and I'll do my best to support you.

My way of teaching is extremely versatile - it is important to me that my lessons are engaging, fun and provide useful information to the learner. I approach each lesson with the intention of fulfilling the learners' requirements as each person will have different learning styles that work best in different ways.
Lessons are available in 30 minute or 1hr sessions and will cover everything from the fundamentals of singing i.e breathing technique, posture and core warm-up exercises, to more advanced and technical topics i.e working through songs as case studies, range, different techniques to embellish melodies, timbre and harmony.
