About Satya
My name is Satya Prasuna and I’m excited to be your Bharatanatyam dance teacher. I’d like to share a bit about myself and why I’m passionate about teaching this beautiful art form. I’ve been immersed in the world of Bharatanatyam for 15 years and have had the privilege of performing at various prestigious venues. My journey as a dancer and teacher has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m here because I want to pass on this tradition, the artistry, and the joy of Bharatanatyam to all of you. My goal is not just to teach you the movements and techniques but also to inspire a deep appreciation for this ancient art, instill confidence, and encourage your personal growth through dance. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-expression, discipline, and cultural enrichment. I can’t wait to share my knowledge and passion with each of you.

To do that, I’ll passionately share my knowledge about this beautiful dance form, talk about my experiences in teaching and performing, show you videos and photos as visual evidence of my skills, and, if you’d like, I can even offer a demonstration. Building connections within the Bharatanatyam community and engaging in discussions about the art form has been crucial to reinforcing my credibility. So, through a combination of my expertise, experiences, and active engagement.
