About Christa
Studying at NYU Steinhardt provided me with the formal foundation for music technology that I use daily. You might wonder how a graduate with 4 years of experience can help your home studio sounds.
I focus on gain staging and signal flow to clarify your arrangements. Sampling and looping are my favorite creative tools to explain. It is simple. I offer honest, specific feedback on your tracks between sessions.
Arrangement and song structure define the difference between a demo and a finished hit. Getting tracks to release quality is the goal. I genuinely enjoy hearing the progress students make.

I confess that I struggle to stop tweaking a mix until it sounds perfect. My lessons rely on the BFA I earned at NYU Steinhardt. We tackle recording and tracking first. Then I show you how to use audio effects creatively.
Stem and session prep follow. Tempo and groove are vital. You will learn to polish your tracks. I use my 4 years of experience to guide you.
