About Karen
Karen has worked in early childhood art education, where she created curriculum teaching in a play-based preschool center in an underserved urban setting. She has also worked with elementary-aged children where she was one-on-one in special education. She enjoys teaching young artists because of their enthusiasm and willingness to experiment with new ideas. While recently relocating to West Palm Beach with her family, Karen has enjoyed the South Florida landscape that has inspired her recent artistic direction.
