About Uma
I am a passionate singing tutor with over 9+ years of experience teaching college students, and I focus on helping students build strong vocal skills while gaining confidence in their performance. My teaching approach combines technical training with creative expression, allowing students to improve their voice and connect emotionally with music.
I guide students through important techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone development, and vocal strength, while also helping them improve stage presence and expression. I use innovative methods like audio recording, playback feedback, and structured practice sessions so students can clearly track their progress.
I also encourage students to explore different music genres, including classical, pop, and contemporary styles, to develop versatility. My teaching style is supportive, patient, and adaptable, creating a comfortable learning environment where students can grow and succeed.

My Singing teaching approach is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and proper time management. I aim to help students build confidence and improve their vocal skills step by step.
I create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn. I teach vocal techniques like breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone clarity, and voice modulation in a simple and clear way. I make sure students understand each concept and practice regularly.
Communication plays an important role in my classes, helping students feel supported. I include creative activities like singing exercises, improvisation, and practicing different songs to make lessons enjoyable. Each class is planned with time for warm-ups, learning, and feedback. I track progress and provide guidance. Apart from Singing, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance skills.
