I started playing the saxophone not too long ago and I wanted to get some help with improving my skills. Isaiah was a great teacher and really helped me build my confidence in how I played. He was patient and encouraging with how he taught. He was also passionate about his love for music and I found that helped me be motivated to want to practice and learn more.

Throughout all of my years of working with stellar individuals of all ages (ranging from Frank Sinatra to Dionne Warwick, Michael Jackson, Chuck Mangione, John Denver, Aretha Franklin, Placido Domingo and many more), I can honestly say that I’ve never met and worked with a young person who is a more talented musician and inspiring jazz saxophone teacher than Isaiah Javier.
Whether diligently doing all the necessary practicing that earned him a full tuition scholarship to Berklee, or teaching others how to reach the same heights, you can’t make a better choice than Isaiah when looking for a jazz saxophone teacher! Plus, he is a wonderfully kind soul who has a knack for making everyone around him feel comfortable, valued and appreciated.

We were lucky to have Isaiah take on Casey for sax lessons. He’s one of the best in the Bay Area. Isaiah has brought out in Casey a passion and skill for music we never knew he had. Isaiah has a great approach to teaching. He challenges Casey, but has a comfortable and approachable style. He inspires Casey to work hard to improve his skills, and it has paid off. We highly recommend Isaiah for anyone looking for lessons. And Zoom lessons have worked really well for Casey. A great experience for our young musician.
