About Mischelle
I love teaching no matter what level and have always had a passion for art in motion which is what I call belly dance for me. It has a rhythm that brings it out in you and helps unlock movements in your body you didn’t know you had but also creates a love of self and appreciation of accomplishments which help the soul feel nourished, it’s a sensuous feeling belly dance and is very fun to learn because it’s creative which is who I am. I’ve performed in almost every state of Australia and taught throughout Victoria, NSW, QLD & WA over my belly dance career. I’m a massage therapist and fitness trainer so I understand the muscles and their movements, a creative artist and belly dance drummer along with also being a fire twirler and trainer assessor in business and hospitality.

I believe technique is important when teaching belly dance so you get the benefits of moving all the correct muscles for muscle memory so the moves become easier and fluid even though they start of mechanical. A step by step approach advancing from whatever level your at to the next one. Eg beginner to intermediate. I have extensive knowledge and background in teaching and I enjoy watching people’s confidence and ability mature and grow.
