I approach my classes based on individual background. Sports isn’t a one time thing, you keep on learning and mastering the game. Similarly with fitness one needs to pay attention to their body and their mind. Hence when I teach fitness, I make sure that my students try different sports and not just rust in the gym. I believe the true energy is outside gym and in outdoor activities.
