Super Tutor

Alice is one of our best Piano tutors. High-quality profile, qualifications verified, organised and responsive to lesson requests, and appreciated by their students.

About Alice

I am a grade 8 level pianist who loves music and I enjoy playing piano in my free time. I have experience teaching piano to students of a range of ages and levels, and I am keen to share my passion and skills with other musicians to guide you on your journey learning piano, and inspire you to keep going. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience with piano already, don’t hesitate to contact me to arrange a lesson and you’ll be seeing progress in no time!

About the lesson

Whether you have some pieces you want to learn, or would prefer to follow my recommendations, I will help you learn to play pieces that you enjoy and improve your technical skills along the way.

If you are a complete beginner, we will start with fundamentals of reading music and putting simple tunes together.

If you are more experienced we will get stuck in to whatever you want help with. I'll correct your mistakes, give tips to improve your technique and style, and also provide guidance for your independent practice time.

I encourage all my students to learn scales and will happily help you start or continue practicing scales to support your music journey.

Alice has been a great tutor, she is very welcoming and explains complex topics in A level chemistry in a way that I can understand easily. She always makes sure I have understood topics before moving on. This has helped me build my confidence and improve my exam technique in A level chemistry.

Alice is the best I have always been so bad at science and I thought it was boring but she makes me interested, she even told me about her work on telomeres and ageing - I didn't realise science could be so cool. Very motivating and better than any school teacher I ever had ! :)
