About Sharad

I am a Dancer who learns and tries to explore different genres including Bharatnatyam, Indian semi-classicals, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Bollywood dance etc. I have also completed my diploma in Bharatnatyam from Pracheen Kalakendra. Also I do choreograph and teach different styles online and offline.

About the lesson

The class contains 3 parts.
i) The warmup and streching: Here we share thoughts and communicate while streching and warming up with low music.
ii) The steps: Next we learn the name and origin of the form starting with the basics.
iii) After completing, we share and give our feedbacks from and to the students while cooling down and meditating at the end.
