About Taylor
I started playing music when I was five years old. I’ve played professional live gigs and have taught privately for 10 years with all ages and abilities. I believe music should be accessible for everyone to learn. Jazz has been the main music genre I’ve studied and performed. However rock, blues, bluegrass, Americana and songwriting are just some of the other music genres I enjoy.

Hello there! If you’ve ever wanted to learn to play music I’m here to help you on that journey. I firmly believe that anyone can learn to play music they enjoy, no matter your age or previous experience with music. I studied music performance at Agnes Scott University. I’ve played many live gigs over the years and have 10 yrs of private instruction experience. My approach to teaching is very personalized. I’ll help you with technical aspects of your instrument, but the main focus will be guiding you to learn and play the music you love. Whether you just want to play for yourself at home or you want to play live performances I can help you achieve your goals.
