About Nthabiseng

I am a BEd Student at the University of South Africa. My major subjects are Accounting and Psychology. I am currently an intern at St Stithians College and I am in the Accounting Department. Before joining St Stithians, I was an intern at Leap Science and Maths School. Ever since I started my teaching degree, I have been tutoring learners in either small groups or individually and I really enjoy it. Their marks improve and they always contact for more help.

About the lesson

My teaching method is student-centered. I work based on what the learner is struggling with and how they are struggling with. I assess the learners to check in which way do they learn best and from then on I teach and assist them in the way that they. Before I start a topic, I first acquire prior knowledge from my learners in that way I am able to find out if they know the basics or do I start with the basics before getting into the topic.
