About Anthony
What I teach today is what I found to be true from my own experience. Having been diagnosed with a health condition and no solution from the medical system, I felt a profound calling to learn how to heal myself. I realized that true health is much more than the absence of disease.
Health is about connection, creativity, mindset, resilience and the integration of our physical, mental and Spiritual Nature.
The ancient wisdom tradition share much valuable teaching about what it means to be human and how to get back to harmony: within & without. Yoga, TaiChi, Meditation are practices that have allowed me to heal and remember my inner power.
To be healthy is to be free and the only reason why healing is not happening is because of a lack of knowledge. The choice is yours.

Each lessons focus on one of the 6 core principles of health:
Thinking, Breathing, Movement, Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep.
The lessons are for those who are willing to take ownership of their health and are ready to participate in the creation of it.
