About Rohan

Hi, I'm Rohan Sharma, a Full Stack Developer and Trainer with 8+ years of experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. I've worked on real-world projects and enjoy helping students develop the practical skills needed to build professional, scalable web applications from scratch.

My teaching follows a project-based approach where you'll learn by building complete applications instead of simply watching tutorials. I focus on writing clean, maintainable code, understanding development best practices, and solving real-world programming problems.

Whether you're a beginner, college student, or aspiring software developer, my goal is to help you build a strong foundation, create an impressive portfolio, and gain the confidence required to crack technical interviews and succeed as a Full Stack Developer.

This course is designed to help you become a confident Full Stack Developer through a practical, industry-oriented learning approach. You'll begin with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, then progressively learn React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, understanding how each technology works together to build modern web applications.

Throughout the course, you'll build 6+ real-world projects, including authentication systems, REST APIs, e-commerce applications, admin dashboards, portfolio websites, and complete full-stack applications. Every concept is taught through hands-on coding, debugging sessions, assignments, and industry best practices.

You'll also learn Git & GitHub, API integration, JWT Authentication, TypeScript best practices, deployment, state management, database design, and clean architecture to write production-ready applications. By the end of the course, you'll have a professional portfolio, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to apply for internships and Full Stack Developer roles.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

I teach Full Stack Web Development (MERN) and Python Development. MERN—MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js—lets you build complete web apps, from cool frontends to strong backends, like online stores or dashboards. Python Development dives into Python’s power for scripting, web apps with Django, or data analysis with Pandas. I got into this back in my second year of college in 2017, when I built a basic website for a friend’s project using HTML and CSS. Seeing my code come to life online was a rush! Since then, I’ve been teaching and working on real-world projects like e-commerce sites and automation tools, and I love how these skills let you create stuff that actually makes a difference.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

I started teaching because of the lack of good teachers I faced as a student. Back in college, some of my instructors had little industry experience and leaned hard on textbook theory, which made learning dry and confusing. I wanted to change that by using practical, real-world examples tailored to each student’s age group—like comparing code to basketball plays for teens or business workflows for adults. I’m also super inspired by Shaun Pelling (The Net Ninja) on YouTube. His clear, hands-on tutorials showed me how teaching could be engaging and effective, pushing me to help students grasp MERN and Python in a way that’s fun and relevant.
  • How does your work help society?

Through my teaching, I’m making tech education affordable by offering my MERN and Python courses at low, accessible prices. Tech skills like these are in huge demand, powering everything from small business websites to data-driven tools for communities. For example, one of my students built a Python script to help a local shop track inventory, saving them hours of work. By teaching at an affordable rate, I’m helping students from all backgrounds learn to code, build impactful projects, and open doors to better careers, which makes society more connected and opportunity-driven.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

My role model is Shaun Pelling, aka The Net Ninja on YouTube. His tutorials on MERN, Python, and more are so clear and practical, breaking down complex topics like React state or Flask APIs into simple, build-along projects. I love how he makes coding feel approachable for everyone, no matter their skill level. His focus on real-world applications inspires me to design my courses the same way—hands-on, engaging, and packed with examples that help students confidently build their own apps.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

Outside of teaching, I’m all about basketball—hitting the court to shoot hoops is my favorite way to stay active and clear my head. I also love cooking for my son on weekends, and sometimes during the week when we’re feeling adventurous. We’ll whip up stuff like cheesy pizzas, spicy butter chicken, or his favorite chocolate chip pancakes with silly faces. It’s our time to have fun, make a mess, and enjoy some family bonding over food.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

Back in 2018, when I was still in college and just starting to teach, I had a student, Vikram, in my Python course who couldn’t wrap his head around loops. I used a basketball analogy—looping through shots like passing to teammates—and it clicked. A month later, he built a Python script to track his team’s game stats, and he was so pumped he shared it with his coach! On the pro side, I once debugged a MERN app for a client that kept crashing during peak hours. After hours of digging, I found a MongoDB query issue, fixed it, and got the site running smoothly. The client’s relief was awesome, and it showed me how much I love solving problems, whether in code or teaching.
