About Kieran

I am a student at a world class rugby academy and I am studying my Bcom degree, I was born and raised in South Africa, I attended Northcliff High and I'm hoping to pass on all my fitness experience that I've gathered from various coaches and institutions before.

About the lesson

I base my teaching on 3 different steps...

Step 1: Find out your goals and type of fitness you desire

Step 2 : Training begins with a strict program that offers at home training and in the gym training to cater for your needs

Step 3 : Evaluate the changes in fitness levels and body goals aswell as mental health differences

I'm willing to work hard to help you achieve your goals as long as you are willing to put the hard work in to better your fitness levels
