About Reza

Basketball has been a huge part of my life for many years, first as a player and now as a coach. I’m currently coaching an Under 18 representative team in Brisbane, and in my first season as a coach, I helped my team win the Division 4 Championship.

I’m passionate about helping young players develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game. I believe great coaching is about more than just teaching basketball skills — it’s about building good habits, improving decision-making and helping players enjoy the game.

Every player is different, so I tailor my sessions to their individual needs and goals. Whether you’re a beginner building strong fundamentals or a competitive player looking to take your game further, I provide a positive and supportive environment to help you improve.

About the lesson

My coaching philosophy is centred around helping players improve through structured, game-based training. Every session is tailored to the individual player’s goals, strengths and areas for improvement.

I currently coach an Under 18 representative team in Brisbane and have a strong passion for player development. Sessions focus on shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, decision making and building confidence in real game situations.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are suitable for junior players of all skill levels, from beginners to representative athletes looking to take their game to the next level.

My goal is not just to help players become better basketball players, but to help them develop confidence, discipline and a strong understanding of the game.
