About Hailey
My name is Hailey Luder, and I’m originally from Santa Monica, California. I began doing yoga at age 15, and have now been on this journey for half my life.
After high school, I first studied Nursing, and developed a strong background in health science and psychology. However, I became passionate about holistic health, and decided to apply my knowledge of health science and psychology to becoming a therapy-focused yoga teacher. I’ve been teaching for 6 years now, and love what I do!

I can guide you through a yoga practice. I can share my knowledge of yogic philosophy, breath-work, yoga anatomy, herbal medicine, and nutrition. I can also help you master a difficult pose.
