About Nicolò
My passion in this area took hold in London, I didn't stop there. After having acquired various skills in many sectors, such as catering, breweries and cocktail bars, managing to arrive at head bartender. I decided to attend the European Bartender School in Barcelona, after a few months of work I moved to Palermo where I completed my studies at Unipa and became General Manager in a club in the center.
Thanks to this I was able to share knowledge with the staff and test my educational skills.
