About Paula
I have been a dancer since practically I was born, studying this discipline for 15 years. I have been a ballet teacher since I was 16 years old and have worked mostly with Rhythmic Gymnastics athletes. I have worked with age ranges from 5 to 18 year olds.

The methodology that I learned is mainly the Russian (Vaganova) but when it comes to teaching, I like to mix different styles. When I work with gymnasts I try to adapt my classes to what is best for them. I can give classes of all levels, from beginner to advanced, and also classes for adults.
