About Anuja
I am Anuja Paul an young academician. I have completed my LL.M in Corporate law from West Bengal National University Of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in the year 2021. I have completed my BA LL.B from West Bengal State University in the year 2020.I am currently working in CMR University Bangalore, as an Assistant Professor.I am a permanent resident of Kolkata, West Bengal.
I keep an research interest in the field of 'Corporate Crimes',My LL.M dissertation was on 'Insider Trading Laws in India and USA' which I completed under the guidance of Prof. Dr Sujata Roy WBNUJS. During my LL.M course, I have researched several topics related to Corporate and Commercial Laws and Social issues relating to Labour Rights, Custodial Violence etc.
I have presented several research papers during my LL.M. My research paper on 'Propriety of Retrospective Taxation' was published in the International Journal of Law Management and Humanities (Volume 4, Issue 3, Page 4334 - 4348).
My areas of teaching include Corporate Laws,Constitution & Administrative Laws and Criminal Laws.
