I am a Biologist with a professional Teachers Certificate ( TRCN) I developed my Teaching experience here and I have passion for cooking and baking so I turned my passion into my career,In my class you will get an accurate measurement,Recipe for baking,Kitchen management, baking Etiquette,how to bake and decorate perfectly,Making of local and foreign snacks and many more.

Visualization, cooperative learning,Technology while my baking method includes, Baking,Boiling, steaming, Broiling, Roasting, pressure cooking, Frying, Sautéing, crock pots,Grilling
Learning all this method make you outstanding and you will be able to handle any baking or cooking with ease.
